Ann joins North Coast Angel Fund in the Chief Financial Officer role in October 2019.  She has over 25 years of experience in financial management roles. Prior to joining NCAF, she served as the CFO for a Miami, Florida based Family Office where she was responsible for financial reporting and estate plan compliance for multiple entities in the US and abroad.   She conducted due diligence, structured investments and consulted with portfolio companies. Previously she was the Director of Finance of CMCO Mortgage where she developed  processes, controls and improved performance of the accounting, payroll and IT departments to meet private equity strategic growth plan. As a sole practitioner she provided accounting services to clients in various industries.  She effectively interfaces with regulators, banking teams, and legal and tax advisors.

 

Ann is a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University.
